We have a Cisco Callmanager 3.(3.3) service release 1 and have two Cisco IP Phone Model ( 7960 and 7912). We have a question ? . When I use this services only use the same Model Phone ?
I wasn't aware that the 7912 supported EM. Regardless, you can use different model phones with EM you just have to create the device profiles accordingly.
