extension mobility

I have a number of deivces at a remote site that when I press the services key I get an error "host not Found"

When I try the services key from the main site (where the CM is) it works fine.

what ports need to be open to allow the services to work?

thanks

Re: extension mobility

the services are by default setup to use http (port 80) ie: http://ccmServer/CCMCIP/getservicesmenu.asp

to verify your current global setting, you can check the parameter in:

CCMAdmin>System>EnerpriseParameters>PhoneURLParameters>URL Services

Re: extension mobility

Please try setting the IP Address instead of the hostname in the Directories and Services field in the Enterprise Parameters. Also go to System --> CallManager and again use the IP address instead of the hostname. Then you need to restart the TFTP Service in all the cluster and then reboot the phones.
