Extension Mobilty Problem

I am running 3.2.2c (spH) extension mobility has been working fine for the last year . The dc directory corrupted , fixed it by restoring the mcs.sti file . Having a problem now that when I select the service it returns with nothing except the "select" softkey changes to "Update" . I have reinstalled extended services and reconfigured extension mobility - still no luck . Any ideas

The symptoms indicate the scripts are not being executed. In the CRA Directory Configuration, can you try to initialize the profile and see if that helps.

Hi , I Initialized the profile . It installs the hotel.aef etc and initializes fine . Still the same symptoms .
