I'm trying to set up a call handler that will ring an external bell. No matter what extension I put in, Unity gives me a message, "Extension requested is not available now". We're running build 2.4.6.102.<br><br>
Are you sure that's what the prompt says? Doing a quick scan of my prompts text file I don't see that text come up... but it could be out of date.
When you say "external bell" you mean an outside line or are you talking about a extension off the switch or both? Can you try configuring the call handler to ring an internal extension real quick to see if it works if that's the case?
