It was just brought to my attention that after leaving a message in a subscriber's mailbox, "Cisco Leslie" tells you that "If you'd like to try an extension you may do so now". If you enter any of my 1000 lines that start with 0, you end up at the operator. If you dial an extension that starts with 0 WHILE the subscriber greeting is being played, then the call is transferred to the extension.
Any Thoughts?

The defualt call handlers all have the 0-key "locked", meaning Unity won't wait around for additional digits. It'll just jump you straight to Attempt Transfer for Operator. Try unlocking the 0-key on the Caller Input pages for those Call Handlers and see if that does the trick.

BINGO. I unlocked the "0" in the goodbye and the problem went away. Thanks.
