Extenstion Mobility Controlled profile not being displayed

Hi,

I have a user that is using extension mobility, and when they login they get the choice of 2 profiles. However when I check the user's account they only have access to one of the profiles.

When I run "dependency records" on the UDP that they dont have access to it displays their account as being linked, and I am not able to delete the UDP.

I have seen this before but have been able to delete the UDP and just recreate it and it all works fine.

Anyone have any suggestions..

If the UDP is truly not associated to the end user, this sounds like a bug. I would recommend opening a TAC case.
