External calls to Unity - big problem

Hi

When configuring Unity I notice that when is external calls (DN is forw. to Unity) it gets busy tone. Also I notice Transfer incoming calls to subscriber's phone future doesnt work.

Any idea?

Hi,

We had the same problem in a test environment.

The solution in our case, was the codec settings at the gateway.

We had to configure it to G711ulaw.

It doesn´t work with alaw codecs.
