External calls to Unity

Okey dokey, I've got something that I'm not quite sure about (just for a change!)

I have set Unity up so that if certain Extension numbers are not answered it will play a prompt and then attempt another extension (am I making sense so far?). Now, this works all fine and dandy when called INTERNALLY, but whenever anyone tries to call the extension from the PSTN the first extension dialled continues to ring and the Directory Handler does not 'kick in'.

Any ideas?

try using Call Routing rules to do this. it seems to work better for me.
