External Voice mail is going into the "Example Administrator" mail box. Internal however is correctly going into the user's mailbox. Any ideas?<br><br>

On installation, Unity creates a distribution list called "unaddressed messsages". Also on installation, the Example Administrator is added to this DL. When something goes awry (there are a few reasons bad things can happen), it gets sent to him.
So, if an internal caller calls Extension A and Extension A forwards to Unity, Extension A gets the message, but if an external caller calls Extension A, and Extension A forwards to Unity, the Example Adminstrator gets the message?
