We are having an issue with Unity 3.1.5 tsp ver 6.0.2.0 with Call Manager 3.14es41 Unified messaging is in use.
External voice mails are not being delivered while internal voice mails are. I can see the voicemail messages being taken on the port status monitor, but the messages are being stuck in the c:\CommServer\unityMta folder.
How do we get these delivered?

What kind of error messages do you see in the application log? Can a user still login to their mailbox?

Thanks, we have it resolved. The solution was to stop/start the AvUMRSyncSvr service and all of the queued messages were delivered.
Do you know what could have caused this to occur?

What errors were you seeing in the app event log? There were quite a few UMRSyncSvr bugs circa-3.1.3. Most should have been fixed.
