We are receiving some complaints of users receivingthe message "Please wait while I transfer your call" after dialing and extension and voicemail is to pick up. After receiving this message users are forced to wait another 6 rings before actually being dumped into the mailbox, at that point they also only hear half the greeting. Any Ideas?<br><br>
What kind of integration are you using? I'm guessing it's analog (in band DTMF). This is probably a timing issue where the exact station ID is coming down too slowly and we treat it as a user dialing the extension directly or we're missing the first digit or two or something along those lines.
If we know it's a forwarded call we will, of course, not do the transfer again...
Open the integration monitor (Unity programs group) and see what information is coming down on a call that tries the transfer again.
