Extract information about users from SQL in CM3.2

I'd like to extract information about users, to make different alternate Phone book.

Is the any information about structure of SQL database in CallManger.

Or information about users, kept only in DC Directory?

hi.

as far as i know,all the user-related information (including controlled cti -devices etc. ) is stored in the ldap-directory ( by def. the dc-directory ) .

an alternative to the dc-directory would be the "Avvid Customer Directory Plugin" (available as Server-Plugin on the ccm-administration web-applikation) , which can connect you to certain other directories.
