Extracting information from CallManager

Dear,

Does there exist a software package which can extract information about user, device profiles, phones...

Hi Marc,

I currently do not know of any third party utilities. However, if you have some expertise with MS SQL Server, you could run a query on the CCM database to retrieve such information. Do this with extreme caution as it is not Cisco approved and supported?
