That depends on what you definition of normal is. Is your fax machine on an analog line with a direct connection to the PSTN or is it truly on your network using an ATA or a VG for analog to IP connectivity> If it is truly on your network then the FAC should kick in. If the fax machines are still on analog lines I wold recommend moving the fax number from the anlog line over to your gateway so the call can be handled like an existing inboind call to your CallManager and get an ATA (or a VG248 if you have a lot of fax machines) and connect the fax machine through the ATA. Inbound should work finr and outbound are now nbeing handled through the ATA/CallManager and FAC will kick in.
