Failed calls "stuck" in Cisco AS5300

Hello,

My company uses a Cisco AS5300 as a voice gateway. I have noticed that failed calls sometimes get stuck in the beggining of the "show call active voice brief" command. This is happening only with TDM call-legs and so far the only way to get rid of this is reloading the box.

For example:

datacom#sh call active voice brief

<ID>: <start>hs.< ..... ... .....>,<t120 pkts>/<t120 byt

es>

Total call-legs: 59

Tele 3:4:87957: tx:0/0/0ms g729r8 pre-ietf noise:0 acom:0 i/0:0/0 dBm

and then the router shows the real active calls...

Why is this happening and what do I do to solve it?

Thanks,

May be debug vtsp should give you a better clue on this problem. Did you try this?
