Failed to backup migration-backup folder successfully

Hi,

In preperation for upgrade to CCM 3.3, installed the Backup utility 3.5.6 on existing 3.2.2c, tried to do a backup and got the error

Failed to backup migration-backup folder successfully.

Did any one else come across this error and can anyone tell me what are the implications of this error and what are its effect of the call manager upgrade.

Hey I got the answer from Cisco TAC

The error Migration-Backup folder refers to the DC directory. Path C:\dcdsrvr\run\dcx500\config and is not too much of a concern. You can check this folder to see if it exists. Most probably it wont be there if no one has run the avvid_migrate_save command which would backup the DCD to the aforementioned folder instead of the backup folder. This command is used to fix Dc directory problems.
