Failed to Login to CTI Manager Server

I have seen this problem before, but it's usually resolved by mapping a drive to the server. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I'm using CRS 3.1(1), CallManager 3.3(3)sr2.

I have mapped the drive.

I have it working on other desktops, just one has this problem.

Thanks

That'l do it every time. You might just want to add the name of the CRS server to your DNS server. That way you don't have to mess with keeping up on host files.

1. Does the user have CTI Application use checked?

2. Can you ping the CRS server by name?

thanks for the reply!

I found the problem - the lmhosts file had a '0' instead of a'o'.
