Hi,
If the http requests from the CRS server requires a proxy server to go through to the internet, should tomcat be configured to go through the proxy server too? Right now, any type of http request from a CRS script fails. If there is no proxy server, it works fine. If tomcat needs to be configured for proxy server access, how do I go about doing it?
Thanks,
sanjeev

You should get your scripts modified. You could contact the Cisco's Developer support program for any such help.

It is more than just script modification. The tomcat should be specified with parameters so that it knows how to use the proxy server. Cisco did not make this explicit anywhere. Luckily, I got some help from a cisco engineer on this. Scripts run fine if there is no need of proxy server and has open access to the internet. When the crs server requires proxy server authentication, there is lot more to it.
