Fast Dial via calling card

The customer want to make IDD call through calling card and save it in speed dial button of IP phone(7910 or 7960), is it possible? Please show the method with thanks.

For example, 200 is the calling card agent access number

I want to save the following string in Speed Dial Button:

200 + "pause 5 second" + card no.+"pause 10 seconds" + password + "pause 8 seconds" + destination no.

I don't think CCM has the capability to do pauses in the speed dial sequence, but then I'm on CCM 3.3(2), maybe one of the newer releases has added that feature.
