When trying to use the fast dials service from the phone the following error occurs "error 7FFBC5C2 unable to be validated". The fast dials can be entered & maintained through the cmuser web interface but not from the phone.
I've seen this before, but it was because the user's password was entered into the server instead of the user's pin number. You might verify that the user put the right userid and pin number when they subscribed to the service.
