hi,
an outgoing fax call blocked my voice port. it stays in a busy state for days... shut and no shut doesn't put the voice port in a dorm state again, only a reload will correct it... is there any solution instead reloading the c2800?
many thanks

If you are running IOS 12.4, This seems to be attributed, possibly, to a known bug with the FXS port:

Seems odd - if you physically disconnect the cable does the port clear?
If so, use a new cable with only the necessary 2 pins cabled up.
