Are there other solutions that allow for faxing using a fax machine with DIDs without using an ata186 adapter or a faxserver? If so, what components would be needed? Currently I have Callmanager 3.1.2c, Unity 3.1.4, and 2621 w/h.323 and ios 12.2.10a.
For in bound faxing you can leverage the T37 capabilities of the gateways and use the free IP Fax routing service the customer applications team published a while back for Unity. You can check it out on AnswerMonkey.net here:
