Fax pages cut off

We have a new install with a H323 2821 router wiht CCM 4.2 and a VG224 setup as MGCP for faxing.

We have pages that are being cut off or fax through blank while other pages work fine.

I obviously have 2 options

Move the VG224 to a H323 setup...but I would rather have it MGCP for the Call Manager to control.

I have attached a config of the VG224 for review.

Hi,

we had problems sounds the same you have. Try on the 2821 to use following software:

12.3.14T6

This helped in our situation
