Depends on the setup you have. You can do a T.37 store and forward on a router, and point it to a SMTP gateway to dump all of the faxes in a designated mailbox. No additional software needed, but unless you want to sit and monitor that mailbox you will want to have some small software to help. If you have a Unity server you can use the Third Party Fax tool from answermonkey.net (it is free) and that will monitor the inbox for you and send the faxes out automatically.
