For some reason I am unable to put a call on hold or transfer a call that comes in through a particular gateway. It works fine phone to phone or through my other gateway but does not work through my one gateway. Can anyone please help explain to me why this would happen?
For the record this was working fine up until today.
I am running 3.2.2(c) gateway is a 3640 with a H.323 PRI running 12.2.12(11)T
