file converter g711 to g729?

What can i use to convert my G.711ulaw files to G.729 or G.723.1? are there any cisco or 3rd party utilities available?

you may use the MOHAudioTranslator Service (installed along with the ccm). search for "DropMOH" on the c-partition of the ccm, and you will find the directory , where you can drop audio-files of almost any format. the service ( if runnint ) will translate them for you into all other formats.

Thanks..i tried that but it always seems to reduce the volume.
