For a particular user Unity plays saved messages after new

I have a user that often checks voice mail via a cell phone. She claims that unity is playing her old messages directly after playing her new messages.

I have looked and cannot find an option for this. Is it even possible ? or is unity possibly picking up a tone from an earlier key press and launching into saved messages.

She claims she is not hiting any other buttons.

Hi -

I am running Unity 3.1(5) and that is the conversation by design (whether it be standard or Optional greeting 1). Unity plays all new voicemail, then new email, then new fax messages, followed by Saved Messages (all messages in the user's inbox). Although I have not tested Unity 4.x's Flexstack feature yet, I understand the administrator can customize this further so that Saved Messages are played before New (if desired) as well as give the customer the option of determining how they want messages played.
