Hi, i have a problem with the Forward All boton of the ip phones. When somebody press this boton without entering the dn where the calls should be forwarded to, all calls are missed. I think this is a very known problem, does anybody know the solution.

- What do you mean by "all calls are missed"?
- Which CCM version are you running?
- Is this happening to all the phones? What model?
- What phone load are you using (firmware)?

when i press CFA button, and then i don't enter a CFA destination, all the incoming calls are missed because the phone doesn't ring, and a fast busy tone is heard in the caller end.
The callmanager version is 3.3(4)
This happens with 7910G and 7912 ip phones models.
The firmware are
7910: P00405000500
7912: CP7912010300SCCP040312A.SBIN

Yes, this is a bug
CSCee55633: CfwdAll to null destination if no number entered
Symptoms:
Call forward activated to null destination if no number is entered after
pressing CFwdAll softkey.
Conditions:
Call Manager 3.3(4).
Workaround:
Press CFwdAll again to clear Call forward or clear from ccmadmin or ccmuser web
pages.
