I stil cannot resolve this voicemail port forwarding issue. I have the first port forwardbusy/noanswer to the second port etc.... all ports can be reached by the DN but when the main port is busy it does not foeward when dialed. Do you have a VoiceMailDn configured for the Cisco Messaging Interface (CMI)? If so you need to remove it and stop/start CallManager. CMI is not needed for IP integrations.

What if you have this problem, and you don't have anything configured for CMI?
Pilot # 8000
Hit MSG button OR dial 8000 from phone A
Hit MSG button OR dial 8000 from phone B
A goes to voicemail on line 8000
B gets a fast busy.

Is phoneB in a different CSS than phoneA?

VM ports were in wrong CSS.
