forward PSTN calls to home number

Hi,

I need to set up a call forwarding in which a PSTN call to a certain extension will be forwarded to a home number. How could it be config in CM or Unity ? Thanks for help.

No problem.

If that extension actually exists on a physical phone you just need to do a callforwardall at the phone to the home number, or you can do it via CCMAdmin for that extension (saves you visiting the phone)

Or if that extension doesn't exist as a phone, you can create a translation pattern, so that when someone dials that extension whether it be internally or externally, it will translate that extension number to the home number and dial back out.

If you do the callforwardall option make sure the css on the callforwardall can call the outside route pattern you are using. For example if you outside dial was 9.@ in partiton outside_pt make sure the css on the callforwardall can call the outside_pt.
