I have a remote site running CCM 4.2.3 and the attendant console is no longer displaying the voicemail icon when "forwarding to voicemail" has been set for a phone. The forwarding to voicemail works, but no icon. It just shows the phone as idle. This causes alot of confusion. CCM was then upgraded to 4.2.3 SR3 and the IP Phones also were upgraded to the newest software. Yet, this did not fix the problem.
Has anyone seen this issue? I couldn't find any bugs related to this.

Attendant console will show the forwarded to voicemail icon in the search window when the search results in 2 or more matches. Once the search criteria is narrowed down to a single user the forwarded to voicemail icon does not show
