Voice Gateway 2901 with virtual Call manager 9.x software.
Caller with calls the support 911/000.000 line with his cellphone 0123/456.789 and after the office hours or when nobody picks up the phone within specific time frame the call is forwarded to a mobile number of a support member 0987/654.321.
The support member gets a call of the voice gateway 911/000.000 so if he misses the call he is unable to call the customer because for him the number 0123/456.789 is never known...
I know it is possible to forward the call using the identification of the caller instead of the gateway. The bigest phone provider of Belgium (genre AT&T, Verizon, etc.) does it on its own sold Cisco hardware but is not willing to give this to privatly owned Cisco hardware...
If the carrier won't let you set the ANI to a TN that you don't own (e.g. 0123/456.789) then you're stuck. Some carriers will let you overcome this restriction by adding a Diversion or RDNIS field equal to a TN that you do own on the outbound call.
