When i press 2 to send a msg, system will asks me to enter an extension, after entering an extension, system will do the following: <br>1) announce that person's(receiver) mailbox's name<br>2) Announce that person's(receiver) extension<br>3) Upon hitting the # key, system will announce it is added.<br><br>However, when i do the same thing to forward a call, the system WILL NOT do 1) or 2) as mentioned above. I just want to know whether it is a bug or some configuration settings that i have missed to adjust. <br><br>Systems Engineer
