Hi does anybody tries the scenarion, where the user is on 1st call, and a 2nd call is coming in..But it is not getting transfered to voicemail since the busy trigger value is set 2. call busy flag on line checked for voicemail.
so can we have a worksround for this.

Hi Alok,
You can set the Busy Trigger to 1 or use the Call Forward No Answer setting to Voicemail. When the call comes through it will ring x number of times on the users phone before going to VM.
