forwarding vm messages

I have a customer complaining that they cannot forward a voicemail message to another subscriber based upon DN, they have to search by name. Is it possible to foward a vm message based upon DN? <br>CCM 3.0.10, Unity 2.4.6.102 voice-mail only<br>Rob<br><br>

There are a couple ways you can do this...

Users can change this option from Active Assistant. You can also change it for them through the SA by changing the Subscribers 'Sending Messages' option to 'By Extension'. You can find this under from 'Subscriber' --> 'Subscriber' --> 'Conversation'.

Also, you can switch addressing modes over the phone if you hit '##'.
