How can i arrive at the fragmentation size and subsequently the fragmentation delay to be configured on a output interface when i am using MLPPP over a slow link? The purpose of fragmenation here is to see to that voice traffic does not get delayed for longer periods because of huge data packets. What are the factors that need to be considered when determining these two parameters?

voice packet size will vary depending upon the voice codec used, IP overhead, rtp overhead, and any encap over head required for things such as MLPPP. In addition, serialization delay of the packet will vary depending on line speed. All such factors must be considered...

Here you have an interesting link that shows you the packet size and also the bandwidth consuption when using MLPPP or FRF.12. and also cRTP or VAD

Hope it works
