From Phone, forwarding and reversing in a message.

While listening to a voice mail message and you choose reverse - it reverses just once maybe a second or two then it takes you all the way to the beginning. Forward then takes you to the end of the message. <br><br>This customer is a large Reality company that would like this feature to work like it does for VMO users. (Example: Someone leaves a phone number in the middle of a VM - they'd like to forward to it or reverse to it faster.) Is this possible? The site is running with build 2.4.5.73.<br><br>

This is a bug that was fixed a while back, in 2.4.6 build 102 I think. There was some logic errors in handling the "jump big" vs. "jump small" stuff and you'd end up at teh begining/end of the file when you shouldn't. Definitely fixed in the latest 2.4.6 (or 3.x for that matter) builds available.

I will try to get the customer to upgrade. Was there a patch that would correct this in case they "drag their feet" on upgrading?

No, this wasn't bundled into a hot fix, they'll need to upgrade.
