what command will show what digits are coming down a line into a fxo port on the gateway, like the debug isdn q931 command

debug voice ccapi inout

You will see alot of extra debug info but the information is in there.

Just as a side note, FXO ports don't really send digits, you need to specify a phone to ring via a connection plar command or on your MGCP configuration page in CM.
