When I send a call out to an FXO port, there's a delay 1,2 sometimes 3 seconds before you hear the ring back. Is there a way to shorten this delay? I have CM 3.3.3 sr 2 and Cisco 3745 with NM-HDA card. Thanks!
Probably not. After we send the digits to the PSTN, it is up to them to send back ringback tone. We would need to see debugs from the port to ensure that the delay occurs after all the digits have been sent to the PSTN. Hope this helps....
