FXO to Carrier question

Hi,

I have a CME with a FXO to our carrier, out going calls are not a problem but would like all calls entering the FXO port to go to a certain extension. At the moment incoming calles a picked up buy the router but get busy tone.

What would be the best way to get incoming calls to function..

Configure PLAR and route calls to the internal DNs.

Use the command connection plar-opx XXXX <<< extension number. This is configured under the FXO voice-port.
