hi all...
i have 2621 with 2FXS card, one of FXS port is connected with analog phone and 2FastEthernet port... this router is directly connected with ISP link...
now i haev only single global IP address to communicate with internet and have 5 Laptops to communicate... I know to allow my user to access internet i have to configure NAT... but should i also need to configure NAT for the voice traffice? or it will work properly without NAT/PAT for voice traffice...
regards

Devang,
Are you referring to voice traffic to the PSTN or to another site? If to another site, what is the connection, point-to-point, frame relay, vpn? In general, it's best to stay away from NAT for voice traffic if possible.
Hope this helps.

So, do you have a VPN setup to another office to which you want to route traffic? In this case, voice traffic over the VPN should be excluded from NAT.
