Hi,
I have configured the CCM and the gateway using the MGCP protocol to support the FXS card.
The problem that i have usually on the analog phones connected to this FXS port is :
- Each time, i should reset the device on the CCM because this analog phone loose the tonality (users cannot make and receive any calls)
For your information :
- I have 3.2 SPG version on CCM
- I have cisco3660 gateway with NM-HDA-4FXS and ios version is 12.2(8)T4
please help me.

Please provide more details:
1. Do the users get dial-tone when they pick the hand set ?
2. What is the last action after which the phone stops working ( eg. after x no. of calls, or after hang-up, or after x amount of time etc )
3. Does it happen on all the ports ? simultaneously or individually ?
4. Does the phone work properly after you reset the device on CCM ?
