The only limitation I know of is the known issue with the TTS engines not supporting streaming out g729a. they're currently hard coded to spit out g711 only so if you're calling from a phoen that only supports G729a, for instance, the TTS session wont work.
We're working on a way to convert the stream on the fly for the different TTS vendors, I'm not sure when this will be available to the field, however. Outside of that there's no limitations I know of (i.e. jump forward/back still works OK).
