Unity 2.46, customer reports that the messages when played by either by phone or mm device sound distorted. The server has the patch which allows either g729a to work aswell as g711. I've seen the fix on the answermonkey.net site re the 'quiet prompts' for g729 or g711 - unfortunetly the customer states that its happening on both g729 and g711 codecs. Can anyone please advise.

thanks

Jeff
