I have a site to site vpn, with one phone at the remote site. It connects to call mangaer 4.2, and a 2821 isr running h323 for the voice gateway. The phone can make all calls and the voice quality is fine, but on calls out to the pstn, hold, transfer, etc.... do not work. All on net calls work fine, and the softkeys work. I have that phone it is own region and device group with the codecs configured correctly. So on net calls use the g729 codec along with off net calls.
