how i can enable support of g729a on appletalk since i have appletalk clients for unified messaging

The G729a codec we license is only for Windows based OS systems... I believe it's only legal to install it on client systems running VMO in Oultook (the VMO install sticks it on there for you) or on the Unity server itself. Since VMO work work with Appletalk this isn't an option from a licensing standpoint.

I think your only option here is to use a record format the Apple systems can handle - G711 MuLaw.

how i can use it for specific appltalk systems since the record format for all is g729a

currently you can't... the codec you select for Unity to record in is system wide at the moment. In Kubrick (ETA is not determined yet) there are plans to support per-user record codec selection.
