Gatekeeper Bandwidth and Netmeeting

We have Netmeeting registering with gatekeeper, but calls do no decerement the bandwidth available in the "sh gatekeeper zone status". Consequently admission control based on B/W is of no use.

However when we call from Netmeeting to a Cisco Gateway connected FXS port it does. The difference is that Netmeeting is registered as a TERMinal and the gateway as VOIP-GW.

We think that we have tried all relevant options on Netmeeting (codecs, bandwidth), but no difference. Looked at the "debug h225 asn1" and others

Using E.164 addressing to resolve, both Netmeeting Clients registered to the same Gatekeeper.

Following shows call details - zero bandwidth allocated. Anyone know why?
