Gatekeeper

Hi,

I'm just wondering if somebody seen this behavior before. When callmanager (3.3) looses connection to the gatekeeper (i.e. WAN link down) , after the link is comming back i still cannot place any calls thru gatekeeper unless the ccm serevice is restarted.

I tested this and is working fine for me. Only thing is that after the WAN link comes back up, I have to wait for the duration specified by "registration retry timeout" (in gatekeeper config in CCMAdmin) for CCM to register back to the gatekeeper. By default, it is 300 secs.

Symptom:

When gatekeeper sends URQ to call manager, after sometime call manager sends keep alive RRQ instead of full RRQ.

Condition:

When call manager is already established as an endpoint.

Workaround:

After 300 seconds call manager automatically sends full RRQ and gets registered.
