gateway call logs

I am running an ICS7750 with 8 FXS ports for PSTN Connectivity. The Gateway is running H323. Is there a way to log activity on the FXS ports. Customer is complaining that they are getting busy signal sometimes on calling inbound. I need to somehow log if the FXS is onhook/offhook so I can verify if all FXS are being tied up.

If I need to run Sylog what debug levels do I need to enable?

I meant FXO not FXS

Hi Shane,

You should be able to use Performance Monitor to log this. You can either do this through Terminal Services or monitor the SPE remotely from another Win2k/WinXP machine.
