I am trying to set up a PRI gateway at a client site and I am dropping outbound calls. It is Call Manager 3.3(3) and I am connecting to an AT&T circuit. When I go to make an outbound call I get the following from a debug isdn q931:
Well, not exactly. After a lot of diagnostics with AT&T they started running traces on the line. Apparently they were coming up with errors as well. We were waiting on them and they made changes to the circuit. After that it started working. They wouldnt tell us what they did because it was passed off to another group and they werent sure.

The below trick might come handy when you have to add a new node to a cluster but you don't have or is unsure of the security password for the publisher. This procedure has been around for ages.
1) Login into the CLI of the Publisher.
